For Assortments:
If there is a particular piece you definitely don't want because
you already own it within an assortment, please indicate that in
the "notes" area of the checkout process.
Orders:
Fullfillment is handled by our mailroom. You should see it, it looks
just like the office. We are here, we are reliable, and we want
you to be happy with your purchase. Contact us with any questions.
Returns:
If you need to return an order, please contact us (see info below).
If we have made an error, we will correct it at no cost to you.
If you are unhappy with something within 14 days of your order,
we can exchange it for something else, no problem. We can also refund
your money if you need that. Refunds and exchanges require you to
send the item(s) back to us. We cannot refund the shipping and handling
fees.

Shipping And Handling
U.S. ORDERS: No matter how large your order is, we'll ship it to you U.S. Media Mail or First Class. Once your order is shipped, it usually takes 2-9 days anywhere in the US. Both of these options are reliable and fast, and we find that usually they take only 2 to 3 days.
FOREIGN ORDERS: We'll ship it via Surface Letter Post for the amount
indicated in the Paypal shopping cart. (This will take 4 to 6 weeks).
If you'd like it quicker, we can send it via Postal Air, but this
will require you to request that in the "notes" portion
of the checkout form, and we will email you with the cost. Then,
you can pay
